Shipping policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we strive to ensure your jewellery reaches you as quickly as possible. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services. 

There is an option to do a click and collect. This is a free service however is restrictive as to when you can collect. Friday and Saturday mornings between 9am - 10am.
